Richard & Alice

Richard and Alice are two characters sharing adjacent prison cells deep underground in a world ravaged by climate change. Through a series of puzzle scenarios within the prison interspersed with flashback scenes from Alice's memory, we get to learn how they have come to be in this situation, and possibly help them stage an escape.

Richard & Alice is a point-and-click adventure game. It features minimalist graphics and only a handful of characters, focusing more on dialogue and story. Basic music and sound effects are present throughout the game. There are predominantly inventory based puzzles throughout a relatively short game, where each of the 10 game segments is effectively self-contained. There are multiple different endings to explore based on decisions you make during the game, meaning it will take a few plays through to see everything the game has to offer.
