Marooned! is a science fiction themed graphical adventure for the TRS-80 CoCo. Sitting outside on the back porch one fine afternoon, you see a strange, flashing UFO-type object descend from the clouds and land in the corn field. Being the curious type, you run out to investigate and find a spaceship with its hatch open. As you step inside, the hatch closes and the ship takes off! The object of the adventure is to find your way back home. Marooned! is an adventure game in two parts. In the first section, the player boards the alien vessel, and forces it to crash on an alien planet. In the second part, the player must explore the alien planet to discover the door that leads back home. All commands are via VERB NOUN entry, and there is a built in help system that provides hints in different settings. A save/restore feature with 10 slots is available.
