Case Noir

Case Noir is a free 2D click-and-point adventure game. It features an inventory and actions are can be controlled via mouse and keyboard. The game is set in Los Angeles in the year 1940. You play as Jack Noir and have been promoted to homicide detective. To prove your worth, the chief orders Jack to investigate the death of a woman and orders your colleague McCloud to accompany you.

During the game you have to collect clues, interrogate suspects and try to combine these leads. The inventory consists of a space for regular items and a different space for clues. According to your actions and decisions you can get up to three different endings.
