6 Days a Sacrifice

The year is 2189. Theo DaCabe, the surveying officer for the Buckinghamshire Country Council, enters the headquarters of a fad religion that calls itself "Optimology" to do a quick health and safety check of this slowly-but-steadily growing cult.

But suddenly he finds himself badly hurt and broken in an underground ward, a female doctor called Samantha Harty nursing his wounds. And who is this man with the hat guarding the door? Could it be Trilby, a mythical character from two centuries ago? And why does Theo have a bad feeling that something - or somebody - is haunting this underground complex?

6 Days a Sacrifice ties up all the loose ends left open by the preceding games in The Chzo Mythos: 5 Days a Stranger, 7 Days a Skeptic and Trilby's Notes. Can Theo put an end to the killings performed by The Prince and the homicidal spectre John DeFoe once and for all? And can he save himself and the other people in the basement of the sect?
