This interquel connecting 5 Days a Stranger and 7 Days a Skeptic explains fully how Trilby regained possession of the idol after the DeFoe Manor incident and also gives more information about the properties of the mysterious idol. This game is different to its predecessors because although it is still made in AGS, this one uses a text parser interface.

Actually, you do a lot of "dimension jumping" in this game. One minute, you're in a nice hotel.
